I don’t know what has happened to this company. Two years ago we renovated bathrooms and had Taylor Glass do the mirrors and glass and we are very pleased. Now they have taken my dresser glass and will not return a phone call or an email. Customer service has gone down the drain!

very unprofessional. the lady i talked to straight lied. first she said she called me and left a message. (a lie) then she said someone came out and looked at my door and said that because wood is between my glass windows, that they can’t fix. (a lie again) NO ONE CAME OUT. WAS HOME ALLLLL DAY. and. isent a pic., days ago, showing my door with the wood in between the glass windows, soo she(they) whoever knew what my door would look like before coming out. PLZ DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! TWINN36
