I called Taylor's about a month ago asking if a Mini Cooper was something they could get in, they said yes. Today I walked out with it.I just want to thank jay Constantino and GM. Billy for working with me on price and following up in ways that were not bothersome.Even though the car was close to market value already,they were able to budge a little for an old customer. Jay Schabarker did a great job showing us our options for a new car. He is very knowledgable on different makes and models. He listened to our preferences and was a great help in making a purchase we believe will serve us well. He gets a 5, overall Taylor a 4.5, just because there was quite a bit of waiting. Good for them that they were so busy on a Saturday, but it took a long time.

Ron is a superb salesman and was very willing to answer any questions we had about the 2014 Taurus we purchased. He is so pleasant and easy to deal with. Taylor's Auto Max is fortunate to have such a great man on their team!

Spend a long day with Jeremy Stone who was with us the entire day. I'm a pretty picky person and his patience was incredible. I would definitely suggest him and Taylor's AutoMax to family and friends.

Went in to look at a car we had seen online the night before for my wife. She is 28 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child and was having some issues getting into our Tahoe. We knew what we wanted and we were set in that. We worked with Jay C and he was very nice and helped us the whole way. He didn't try to push us into something newer or bigger and way over our budget. We went in, did the test drive, signed some papers and we were off with the car that we wanted. Thank you.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Frontier last week. Salesman Ron Cooper was very helpful and pleasant during the transaction. Dave Inman in finance was excellent as well. A great team to deal with!

We were looking around for a good car for my daughter. We worked mainly with Jay Schabarker and found a really nice Malibu on the lot. The test drive went very well. All our concerns were addressed on the spot. Financing was the tricky area and Jay was great at helping us see possible options we could go with. We made our decision and Jay worked with us to expedite the paperwork. It all went VERY smoothly and my daughter now has great car to finish high school and move on to college with.
