Worst car buying experience in my life and have bought multiple cars. Had to sign multiple contracts because mistakes kept being made and total lack of communication. Not only that but have a brand new car and already have issue would not recommend to anyone anymore. ... I will say Daphine Brooks is a great person and sales person but she is about the only good thing about the recent car buying experience.
Caution... TAYLOR’S SELLS VEHICLES WITH BLANK KEY FOBS. Purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Taylor’s about two years ago. It was the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. My son was serving at church this past weekend and someone accidentally walked off with his key fob. We thankfully had the back up key fob which Taylor’s sold us with the vehicle. RecommendedI walked in ready to buy a car. Jake Griff approached me with a smile, was hella friendly, his buddy next to him even asked if I need any coffee or water. Jake made sure I was comfortable, made me feel like I’ve known him forever. I left in my new caddy feeling excited and glad I gave Taylor’s my business. Daphne Brooks was very professional in describing the vehicle and making sure that all my expectations were being met on the purchase of my vehicle. She even was so kind as to pick me up from the airport and stay late to help complete the transaction. Since the purchase she has also followed up to see if I am satisfied with my purchase.
Great customer service without being pushy! Our Salesman really listened to what I wanted and we found it!
