Terrible customer service. I decided last night to buy a 2005 Duramax from them. The salesman I talked on the phone with told me not to do the paperwork with the salesman that showed the truck, but to call him back and do it with him. He said it was too late to make a deposit and he would do it first thing in the morning. I was told it would not be sold out from under me. Great experience was fast friendly we did most of the paperwork over the phone all I had to do was test drive sign and leave.
There is a good selection of used vehicles, even in the current situation with covid-19. The staff in every department are professional and knowledgeable. Taylor's values their reputation and it shows.
