Writing a review before even having my car repaired as I was so impressed by the service I received on the phone. Katie took my call and actually listened and tried to diagnose my issue (they even did research on my behalf). This is after I have contacted multiple places, everyone turned me away in an instant. Got some repairs done on the work car.... bittersweet moment. I hate going here… because it means my car’s broken. But I also love going here… because the ladies at the front desk deserve medals and the mechanics are wizards. Workmanship = gold. Thanks a million, but I hope I never have to see you again… unless it’s for coffee, not car trouble.
