I spent $1500 on a device that did not work for me and I was not provided the services that were promised. I want my money back, but Robert is not responding to any of my requests and it seems like the business has closed. Such a waste of money.

I placed an order on their website. After 2 weeks without my product being delivered, I returned to find the website closed. No one answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail, and now the mailbox is full. This business is closed, and they owe me $115.

Robert Taylor is a scammer. He sold my Dad stuff for his sleep apnea knowing it wouldn’t work for his severe sleep apnea. The device, called, EXCITEOSA, is meant for people with very minor sleep apnea. He knowingly had this information yet scammed my Dad for money. Would NEVER recommend.

I am a real person with sleep apnea. My CPAP conked out and I was told i needed a new sleep study. The next opening was a few months away. I could not wait that long. I found Taylormade Sleep Services And Consulting and within 3 weeks, I had a sleep study, consultation and machine. It was fantastic.
