We bought our first home from Mike Todd and Mark Wellemeyer after they flipped it (Aug 2023). The roof was new. The deck was new. The house looked really nice. The HV/AC was described as “newer” in the listing. We paid on the higher end of what homes were selling for in the area. The new roof was justifiable for the price. They built our deck in 5 days. Excellent craftsmanship. The workers were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this company!
Needed work done on my deck and fence. Called and made an appointment for an estimate. They did not show up for the appointment. I called repeatedly and could not get an answer. Left a message which was never returned. I don’t know what’s going on with this business but had to move on to a different company.
