Amazing work! TaylorMade was wonderful to work with. Professional, punctual, and responsive. Everything you want in an exterior crew. They listened to what we wanted and delivered! We bought our first home from Mike Todd and Mark Wellemeyer after they flipped it (Aug 2023). The roof was new. The deck was new. The house looked really nice. The HV/AC was described as “newer” in the listing. We paid on the higher end of what homes were selling for in the area. The new roof was justifiable for the price. The roof started leaking after less than year and the footing on the deck was not reinforced properly according to our inspector. The heater is on its last leg as we speak.
