The serviceman being out sick, Taylormade subcontracted to dynamic duo, Angel and Jo-Jo. Their job was to clean the ducts and install an air scrubber! Taylormade subcontracted well. These two professionals went to work, kept everything clean, and went out of their way to verify that return registers were working as designed! They kept us in the loop so we were informed and showed as before and after pictures of the work. Well done, Taylormade!

Cory was nice and personable, he listened to my description and checked out the system and got it working again in no time. Cory came back for my maintenance visit and said the system was functioning correctly.

I certainly appreciated the prompt scheduling by Josh. Corey was dispatched to our home to address an issue same day. Corey identified the source as not being an A/C issue yet related to a plumbing matter that created the back up of water from the unit. He was able to resolve the issue himself which didn’t require me contacting a plumber. Having an experienced “jack of all trades” was helpful and a cost saving.
