I'm done with these guys. I used to love using them. Prices were fair. Techs were excellent. We used them for years at our old house. Now, just bad. I'm happy to talk to the owner(s) about the problems, but 3 no call no shows, is garbage. Along with no follow up on each no call. I'm the one that has to call in, let them know the Tech never came, and then hear the reason/excuse. Not sure when there was a turn, but it probably started when "Faith" became their number one value (it's on their site). Find someone else.

He also took the time to share lots of helpful information about various products and services that Taylor Made Roberts offers to address air quality problems. Definitely recommend!
