From start to finish, TEC was a wonderful builder to work with. They worked hard, and successfully, to meet our needs and expectations. What few minor "issues" developed over the course of the build, they were there to address them and correct them. Issues will always come up in construction, and again, we had very few minor ones, so overall, an outstanding job. The sub-contractors TEC used were also professional and did excellent work. We had our primary bathroom remodeled by Taylored Elements. The quality of all the work is top notch. They were super easy to work with, very responsive to all our questions and requests. Mel helped SO much in recommending product. She helped us make all the right decisions for our needs. Duane, our project manager, was a true sweetheart, so attentive, easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
