We initially had a great experience with Taylored Care when we first hired them, but in the end, things became very shady and very unprofessional. No one answers the phone when you call the “office,” the voicemail boxes are full, and no one answers emails. The lack of communication from the “office staff” for scheduling, billing, etc. is incredibly frustrating. My dad’s aide (who we loved - she was amazing and she was the only reason we stayed with Taylored Care for as long as we did) was leaving, and while she let us know, ... read more
