I experienced a similar experience as someone else mentioned in these reviews in that I cancelled my subscription July 7th and was still charged a reoccurring payment July 24th. I emailed and text but did not receive a reply back. I had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company. Taylor was great at getting me started but communication became spotty once he already had my business. I’d find a different provider who’s better at communicating and resolving any issues that arise.
