I was a regular customer for 8 years and was very pleased with their service. Always did a great job. Came every two weeks like clockwork to make sure my lawn was mowed and weeded to keep the HOA happy. Then about 2 summers ago I noticed a change in their service, They stopped offering every 2 weeks mows, didn’t respond to my requests for 2 week mow, wouldn’t even acknowledge it. Left message never heard back. Called again and left another message never heard back. Tried 1 more time (all during business hours except for 1 time).They were recommended by someone on Facebook but you can't get anyone to call you back. If they weren't interested in doing the job then a simple phone call back letting me know they were to busy or just not interested would have been better then not calling at all.
