I've had no problem here. It's quiet, friendly. After I renovated the condo to bring it into modern times of course because it was outdated in many ways. However the maintenance is absolutely no help if I ask for any help with minor things like plumbing or carrying furniture (I'm disabled) almost makes me regret buying here bc I have to hire handyman to do anything or get a friend to do it, you'd think a small task would be no trouble but the front office won't send out for anything yet they collect the HOA fees. I wanted to live here SO BAD. My realtor had the offer written but we weren't allowed to move forward due to the buildings lack of wind and hail insurance. I'm so sad cause I really did fall in love with the home we toured. Hopefully the owners of the building get the proper insurance soon so others don't suffer the same heartbreak I have.
