Toured this place and it’s so outdated for the price of a one bedroom! No dishwasher?! Outdated appliances and no washer dryer in unit. It’s 2024, invest in your property and your tenants. The outside could use a power wash and replace the rusted siding from the AC units like come on! Tired of slum lords taking advantage or hard working people for 1,000 but expect us to settle. Gtfoh
I live here currently. I have no complaints I’m young and this is my first apartment living by myself the application process was easy enough, the maintenance man is very nice and I have had no issues with sound or smells or anything. I was a bit worried about living in a “smoking unit” because I do not smoke myself but I’ve never smelled another persons smoke here. I love this place. Update 7 months later. I have no major complaints. Maintenance is only one single man yet he still comes in a very timely fashion to address a... read more
