I was evicted & now homeless because of a fire that happened while I was at work 5/13/26. Nothing in my unit was burnt or wet. Was told there weren't any available units & everyone had to leave when I asked for another unit. The day I was forced to move my things out, almost all the other tenants were moved to other units. Don’t waste your time with these apartments. They are soo unprofessional. They told me I need to make close to 2800 for a 800 dollar apartment and the apartment I was going to originally apply to was actually taken. That lady was trying so hard not to take my application, she was coming up with every excuse. Plus she did the math wrong saying I bring in only 1100 a month when it’s closer to 2300. Like I said don’t even waste your time.
I have lived here for more than 2 years and I can say the pros out weigh the cons. Pro: Cindy (the manager) answers her phone or calls you back the same day. Pro: Robert (the maintenance man) resolves issues the day of the complaint or the very next day. Pro: The rent is affordable compared to other apartments. Pro: There is a month to month lease option.
