Excellent service and follow up. Not only did they remove two trees and grind the stumps they came back 3 days later to make sure I was satisfied.

Called to get help after Zeta, they came out, scheduled an appointment to come back, then never showed up. Not only that, but they didn't answer or return my phone calls as I sat waiting for someone to show up at 9am that day... but did call me a week later to ask me if I wanted to set up an appointment, like the 1st one never existed. All it would have taken is a call or text before the appointment telling me whatever excuse you got.
