Great Team! Very Thankful! Very thankful to the team at Les Schwab on Franklin Ave in Bend, OR!!! We were passing through town and had to stop because our car kept making a loud noice when turning. Not only did they get us in last-minute, they also worked quickly to find out what was going on. The fender had come loose a bit and was rubbing against the tire. Up sell you Went in for simple tire balance on my front tires, after waiting 2 hours and seeing no work being done I walked into the shop and asked if their were a problem. Was told my front end needed parts and that the tech was on the phone looking for parts for my car. This made me VERY UNHAPPY. I Said just balance the Mother F***ing TIRES! Will never go back as they JERK you around and wasted a lot of my time. I DONOT Recommend................
outrageous For over 25 years and many thousands of dollars I have been a Les Schwab customer. Today I had a front end alignment done at Les Schwab. Normal price is about $57. I also asked if they could rotate the tires as well. Steve FEA specialist said he would take it over to the other guys. It went over to the covered area, the tires were rotated. The bill for rotating the tires was $26 plus tax. It takes 5 minutes at a cost of $26 to rotate the tires, and over an hour at a cost of $57 to do a FEA. Go figure that one out.... read more
Poor Service I have been to a lot of Schwab stores and this place takes the cake for dis service and not upholding company standards. I am ok that they could not verify the slow leak, but when the guy pulled the tire off of the wheel. He came to get me to show me that there was dirt and grime in the bead of the tire and on the wheel I asked if he could clean it off he says that costs 20$ to clean that off.. I told him mount the tire back up and I will not pay to have that done. He mounts it up and rolls it over to air it up ... read more

Not impressed. Honestly, not a fan of this place. I constantly feel ripped off by them.
Ugh..this place... I feel pretty ripped off by this store constantly. Not like the other Schwabs around.
