If it could be lower. Saw her in derm clinic for glochids from Sabra dermatitis. She was uninformed and rude. My daughter was with me and she also attempted to communicate what was going on. A moment of research could have prevented a very unpleasant outcome.
Very kind office staff. NP Thomas was helpful, efficient, and thorough. I’ve never had a primary care staff that’s so accessible and available. I work in healthcare, so I am usually very aware of every aspect of a doctor’s office. They are fantastic. I can’t recommend this office enough.
I had several terrible experiences with this office.. from messing up my medicines to not sending in my antidepressent, bruising from terrible blood draws & just flat out not caring about mental health & patient care.. Not sure if it is the Dr or the staff or both but I discontinued care here because no one is perfect but geez..at least going to the dr & dealing w medicine refills should not be such a nightmare as I experienced here! I would havd left 0 stars if google would let me!
issues getting medication
I am a new patient. Was looking for a new PCP after coming home from college and so glad I found this place! Taylor is wonderful. I felt very welcome by the staff and taken care of without any issues or worries. Excited to be going here!
