ALWAYS GOOD
Our storage unit got broken into Here. The wholes were cut out around our padlock. The property manager did nothing about it. They then had me get up early with a 4 month old so they could replace the latch. The guy that was supposed to do it was late and rude. He had me there for 45 minutes just so he could then tell me he didn't have the right latch. He then said that he would call me the next day to set up another time so he could replace it with the correct latch. But never called me. After about a month and a half we to... read more
It's a very clean storage facility and well kept. The Taylor storage staff are incredibly nice.
