I had been going to this salon to see Tiffany since early 2013. I had received good haircuts, but recently, my at experience at this salon went from good to bad. I had scheduled to have my base color touched up. Bad idea! I was told I would get a slightly richer color but not darker. As I sat alone for more than 50 minutes with dark dye on my hair, I knew this wasn't the light golden brown I had asked for to match my then-current color.
