New manager is awful. chooses favorites. It doesnt even feel like your own home. Rent hasnt been consistent at all and the maintenance man hasn't done his job in months but yet still complains. Had to take care of pest control ourselves because the actual exterminator only made the situation worse. Wouldn't even give it one star honestly.
