Considered changing septic service companies and saw the great reviews so I called and spoke with Laura. She was very friendly and was helpful with handling the appt. and billing process. The service tech that showed up today was Isaac and he was terrific. He immediately went to work pumping out our septic tank(s) and patiently answering all our typical homeowner questions about our system and was finished within an hour. Ive used Taylor Septic Service for 12 years. Ive never been disappointed in their work. Always on time and great prices. Every employee that ive dealt with (on the phone or at my property) have always been a pleasure to work with. Great company, great people.
We called on Sunday evening because our tank was completely backed up and emergent. They had Tony come out by 8am Monday. He called to let us know when he was on the way, kept us informed as he was pumping, and was so incredibly knowledgeable. He pumped it out but also shared so much knowledge on what had happened and how to prevent it. This is our first time having ours pumped and we will call them every time. We could not be more pleased with their service, and especially with Tony.

I highly recommend this company. Tony gave us a lot of important information on how to keep our septic system working well. We had 3 houses on our property that needed to be pumped. Tony explained some great tips on the aerobic system and was very professional. One was hard to find partly due to damage from the storms. Daniel was able to find it and get the job done. It was a great price for the 3 properties.
