Bobby was a real sweet heart for us. We inherited a boat and brought it to him for review. He gave us his honest thoughts and opinions on the trailer and condition of everything. We dropped off the trailer, but over night we had more time to think about the advice he had given us. The boat and trailer were in awful condition but we didn't really know any better. He set us on the straight and narrow and we ended up picking up the boat the next day to avoid it turning into a money pit. Thanks Bobby, you're a real sweet guy! 😁
I had purchased a truck that was supposed to have a hitch on it and didn’t, dealer was an ass about it, I had called around everywhere to get a class five hitch and no one had one in stock, this was on Labor Day weekend. Bobby ended up hunting one down for me, waited till I could get down there through traffic and install it so we could go on our trip, did an excellent job installing both the hitch and trailer brake control, saved our weekend!
Where is the “10 star” option. I read the reviews here and went by hoping they were true. Bobby and his assistant were amazing, honest, and more than fair. Even if you have to drive past four other hitch shops, I would recommend making the effort. Truly excellent business practices that only make me wish I could be a customer more often.
Went to rack and road, horrible service and wait time. Came to Taylor’s, quick and easy, no drama. Done in 2 hours. Highly recommend
