I had an appointment with U haul at 7 am this morning to purchase and install a hitch for my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take about an hour to install. When I arrived this morning I at my appointment time, I was told that the manager is the one who installs these and he would be there shortly. When he arrived he told me I would need to leave my car there and that the installation could take all day. After 3 hours he called and stated that he could not install it due to rust on the bolts. I called last week to set an appointment, and we agreed I would call when I had the hitch in. Called and was told I could come over right away, so I did. In less than 30 minutes the hitch was mounted, and get this. I was quoted a higher price than I was billed, and his explanation was I helped (yeah for like 30 seconds) - but seriously where do you find people this good and honest these days, needless to say if I ever need work related to mount a hitch I will go here any day !!!! I'm a return customer and have had Taylor's install hitches on two small SUVs for towing a pop-up camper. Bobby is knowledgeable, straight shooting and clearly cares about doing good work. I hope I don't need a new car for a while, but if I do, at least I know who to go to for a hitch...
