We needed electrical wiring for a trailer added to our RAV4, and Taylor’s Hitches did an outstanding and efficient job; very happy with the experience.
I called last week to set an appointment, and we agreed I would call when I had the hitch in. Called and was told I could come over right away, so I did. In less than 30 minutes the hitch was mounted, and get this. I was quoted a higher price than I was billed, and his explanation was I helped (yeah for like 30 seconds) - but seriously where do you find people this good and honest these days, needless to say if I ever need work related to mount a hitch I will go here any day !!!! I'm a return customer and have had Taylor's install hitches on two small SUVs for towing a pop-up camper. Bobby is knowledgeable, straight shooting and clearly cares about doing good work. I hope I don't need a new car for a while, but if I do, at least I know who to go to for a hitch...
Quick, good work. Don't expect cheap. Does trailer maintenance and installs hitches in most vehicles.
I had an issue with my trailer, and even though he couldn’t do the repair himself at the moment, he was incredibly helpful. He guided me on where to get the parts and reassured me that it was an easy fix. Really appreciate his honesty and willingness to help out, even when it wasn’t a direct job for him. Highly recommend!
