Pickup Equipment was ordered ahead of time still had to wait as the paperwork was not ready. Wait time for pickup, 45 minutes. Return Hours are posted as 7 am- 5 pm. arrived at 8 am Monday morning, doors were locked. No sign or any other indication as to whether they would be opening. Called phone number, no answer. I have been renting from Sunbelt rentals for over 15 years, working with Pat Nader and Rich Voyovichin from their Chesapeake location and I have nothing but good things to say about them. From the office to the field their customer service is excellent. I have rented everything from small generators to large Genie manlifts and their equipment is always well-maintained, delivered on time, and reasonably Priced. I simply won’t rent anywhere else.

Still waiting on my new tail gate from them for not having a safety pin on the hitch and no place for one , when it came off the hitch bent my tailgate. The lift system faulty hitch too no safety cable to set brake . One chain had s hook one had chain hook. Update. Wanted to add they did give me money for new tailgate. Thank You Taylor Rental!
In all my 63 years I've never worked for better people than Pat Davis and the whole Davis family.
