RecommendedWestside Rentals has always taken really great care of my equipment rental needs. They go out of the way to offer a solution to my equipment rental need. They are local, friendly and very customer service focused. Give them a call...you will be glad you did.
Have always rented the Nifty 50 tow-behind lift for approximately $250.00 for 24 hours and now they have became a franchise for Sunbelt Rentals they are charging a few dollars shy of $400.00 for a 24 hour tow-behind lift rental which is FUCKING RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY ABSURD. TAYLOR RENTALS WILL NOT GET MUCH MORE BUSINESS FROM ME AT ALL. In my opinion, becoming a franchise for Sunbelt rentals was the worst damn thing Taylor Rentals can do. Pickup Equipment was ordered ahead of time still had to wait as the paperwork was not ready. Wait time for pickup, 45 minutes. Return Hours are posted as 7 am- 5 pm. arrived at 8 am Monday morning, doors were locked. No sign or any other indication as to whether they would be opening. Called phone number, no answer. Waited 15 minutes and called phone number again, a woman answered, did not give name. Said she would call me back and let me know when someone would get there. I told her the posted hours were 7-5.
