Would never rent from them again set up the night before my wedding just part of the tent put the sidewall they were willing to put up on the wrong side when i asked them to move it they said it would be too much work i can do it myself...... employees are rude and do not do their jobs owner said she would send me a portion of a refund for services her crew members refused to do its been over a month I finally called today the man I spoke with who was "next in line today" said he "heard something about that" refused to tell ... read more
Taylor Rental in Holyoke was awesome! We rented tents, tables, chairs, plates, silverware, the works for our daughter’s wedding. The husband and wife team of Rich and Sharlene were very accommodating during the planning process including several order changes. They set up three days prior to the wedding which gave us plenty of time to decorate. Break down was on-time, quick, and friendly. We highly recommend them for your event(s).
