Great customer service
Contrary to my experience with the South Hadley location, this particular location has been a source of frustration and disappointment. During the setup process, I encountered older Joel, who demonstrated rudeness and blamed other employees for incorrectly loading the tent poles. His demeanor was impatient and condescending. A subsequent crew, led by a younger Joel, delivered the correct poles and exhibited a more pleasant attitude. I have Rented from them numerous times and never an issue always reasonable, reliable and they help all the time with great advice. Great dealing with old school business ways. Everyone in the company agrees they are for sure a class act.
We needed party tables and chairs. We had first stopped by another rental place first (in south Hadley) and were told they mostly do tools and equipment but if we need party stuff to go to the Taylor Rental in Holyoke. We drove right there and were met by a husband/wife duo. Not only did they have everything we needed (I was looking for very specific sized cocktail tables) but we ended up getting more than what we set out to because the prices were so reasonable!
