Dr. Feltner was a zero … when he first came in I thought he might be pretty good. He seemed like he was very Knowledgeable with what was wrong with my ankle but then he did the opposite of everything he said in the first visit, ended up charging me a fortune because I haven’t met my deductible that I had to pay out-of-pocket that was useless. Kept doing x-rays even though after the first x-ray, he said that he can’t see anything in an X-Ray is the reason why I had to have an MRI, then kept doing x-rays even though I said NO ... read more
Worst dr I’ve ever seen. Hasler came in while scrolling on his phone. Asked me to give him my history of my ankle problems. I went through it all well knowing he wasent listening to me because he was back to scrolling on his phone. When I got done there was silence. Finally he put his phone in his pocket and asked me to repeat what I just sat there and went through. If there were negative scores for this he would definitely be on it. Never going back.
Love Dr. Cheslee & his staff. He has helped me through a meniscus tear with excellence. Other orthopedic doctors were trying to schedule me for surgery but as of right now it is not needed! I'm thankful I went for that second opinion. Hope Dr. Cheslee stays on staff at TCH. He's such a kind & professional asset to the Ortho group
Appointment at 2:15 I arrived early at 2:00 to fill out paperwork. Did not leave until after 4pm. Appointment was for left knee pain and swelling. Got X-rays, saw dr and got a steroid injection. I rate the wait time a two this is unnecessary for people to wait this long! I felt a bit rushed with Dr. Gilani but I got the jist. I received a steroid shot in the knee (that did not hurt).
