Appointment at 2:15 I arrived early at 2:00 to fill out paperwork. Did not leave until after 4pm. Appointment was for left knee pain and swelling. Got X-rays, saw dr and got a steroid injection. I rate the wait time a two this is unnecessary for people to wait this long! I felt a bit rushed with Dr. Gilani but I got the jist. I received a steroid shot in the knee (that did not hurt). This is the worst place to go to for an urgent situation, unempathetic, he disregard your concerns, he don't care if you are in pain, no test conducted, leaves the examination room abruptly without saying he was done, I came in with a torn calf muscle and his diagnosis is "pain in the leg"Taylor Regional orthopedic specifically Dr.Syed Furqan Gilani, MD should be ashamed of the way a person in pain is treated! There was no option for no star!
