I do not recommend working with Vana Taylor. Problems with the apartment were not fixed within a reasonable amount of time and she was very unprofessional and dishonest. She tried keeping my deposit once I left and only gave it back when I sent a letter stating her obligations in the state of MT. As a college student she took advantage of my lack of knowledge being a first time renter and was okay with that! She is unethical and enjoys screwing people over. One star because I can’t go lower.
We have asked Terri Medina in this office about houses and property in the area. We were very impressed by her knowledge and helpfulness.
Vana is a professional and experienced real estate agent who is very knowledgeable about the properties she lists. She is informative about the home buying process and easy to communicate with. She has helped our family in real estate transactions for many years. She and her crew are top notch.
Kathy Peterson was my realtor during the process of selling my house. She is quick to respond, really knowledgeable, honest, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Selling a house has a lot of moving parts and pieces and she did an excellent job keeping everything in order and on track, while always being sure to keep me informed. No question she'll be my realtor again if and when I need one. Highly recommended.
