I found the unit I wanted, I immediately applied. I called the property manager, he sounded very annoyed with my questions, I called back the next day to ask what the status was. There was more things I would like to have uploaded to show proof of income and other things etc. There was no way to do so on the website, I actually wanted to talk to a human that didn't sound annoyed that I was asking questions about application process and pets. Want to know what this agency's like, here's one of many letters I've had to send them! To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally address the extensive and repeated property damage caused by your agency's employees and tenants. Avoid this management group. They play with your application and money avoid them. We put our application in and provide documentation. Three weeks go by and some how someone magically put in an application before us and they were approved. Later I find the posting for the apartment on their site. I had to go in to get a refund on our application fee.

worst experience. I'm currently living in a townhouse rented by this company and I've had a hoke in my ceiling that's leaking water for over a month and they have yet to do anything about it. I've had people look at it numerous times yet I've gotten nothing out of it update: I MOVED. 6 MONTHS AFTER THIS HOLE.
