called on a rental no garage lawn is shot but.. they want $2200.00 a month and owner asks tenant to play first $200.00 in house repairs as needed!!! I've been selling Real Estate for 35 yrs in Florida and never heard of such a stupid request!! And your company takes his listing/? On a busy street yet!!
A GOOD FRIEND RECOMMENDED BOBBY TO ME. I CALLED HIM ON MONDAYAND HE SHOWED ME TWO HOUSES THAT MET MY REQUIREMENTS ( NO SHORT SALES AND NO ONES UNDER CONTRACT). ON TUESDAY THE SELLER AND I HAD A CONTRACT AND WE CLOSED WITHIN ONE WEEK. THAT IS AS GOOD AS IT COULD HAPPEN. MY MANY THANKS TO BOBBY MUTTER. FANTASTIC, VERY QUICK, PROFESSIONAL. Very unprofessional don't waste your time find a better agency
We had our house for sale with one agency first and the realtor was great but she had an ill husband and couldnt get it sold so we went with another agency and it is Her Realtors and everyone in there is so nice so i thought they could get it sold, well we had a realtor named Bill and he was not a nice man after we had an open house we had two different couples come back to our house telling us he was trash talking our house and us to them, That is very unprofessional, now his wife Flo she is a realtor there too and she was ... read more
