In May 2023, I signed a 13-month lease. I paid my rent and all fees on time or early every month. I never had a complaint against me or the need for any notices by the property manager. I was a model tenant. I communicated my notice to vacate on 5/20/24, as my lease term was contracted to end on 5/31/24. My lease terms does not require any notice to vacate, but I did give 11 days' notice. I vacated the premises on 05/31/24 and submitted the keys to the office. They leave their tenants without air conditioning in 105 weather for over 2 weeks, they don't open their pools and if you try to contact the property manager, she ignores you also. I have to start fighting legally because they don't want to fix my AC or even accommodate us for it or give updates. I have animals and a small child in a heat advisory with no AC. Don't wase your time here they don't care at all. Manager and the property Manger.
After submitting our application, I was told that we would likely be disqualified on the basis of insufficient income, despite our household meeting the stated threshold of 3x the cost of rent. I called the leasing office to make a payment. I asked Ashley L***** to charge my account in full which she only charged a partial amount leaving the late fee unpaid. I then called to make the additional payment and was charged another processing fee for the payment. When voicing my concern with the fee i was told “well we cant do anything about it now”.
