We met with quite a few window companies before choosing Taylor Rae. The no pressure estimate was a breath of fresh air compared to many of the other companies. Everyone we spkoe to or met was top notch and really cared. Everything mentioned in the contract was done the windows look amazing and we couldn't be happier. We used Taylor Rae to replace the last 7 sash weighted windows in our 90yr old home. Our need was specific...3 over 1, stainable wood interior/vinyl clad exterior. We needed to replace all of the windows on our house and since that's a large expense decided to "try out" whoever we chose with first replacing two large front-facing windows. Taylor Rae passed the test and we're now going with them to replace the remaining windows and a door. I had a very positive experience with Taylor Rae when I had new windows installed in my home. Taylor Rae came recommended to me on my town’s Facebook page. Very nice, friendly installers and salespeople. I liked that I was suggested a few different types of windows - it was helpful to have the choice as there are many alternatives to a typical double hung window. Very satisfied and I really like my new windows.
