I have contacted this listing agent, Judy Deese several times throughout the summer regarding the vacant property next to my home. BEWARE of Kelly Quarles/Taylor Properties..... There is no exception for my mom to sell a home on Capitol Hill and have no place to go during a pandemic, mind you my mom is a senior, Kelly Quarles lied regarding the title people whom I called representing my mom and they never talked to Kelly Quarles in fact, they didn't even know what was going on, and I was granted an extension cause Kelly Quarles wanted my mom who she did not find a house for as she was suppose to.
