My mother in law was using this company to service her generator until I took over her affairs. They were supposed to be servicing this generator once a year and doing 6 month maintenance. So I'm not sure why every time she lost electricity the generator wouldn't work. We called them out to fix the generator and I was charged $378 for a trip charge, travel miles, and 1 hour of labor. I got a Generator from Taylor spent about $22000 for it when I called for severice they ordered the part the part as been setting overthere for over a week this has been going on way to long I lose power around here a lot when I talk to them she said it will be another week before they come out
