Facility is under new management and they chose to raise rent 30%, which is quite outrageous. Units are dated and nothing is new. This rent hike is greedy and they are bleeding renters left and right because of it. They wonder why they can’t get any new renters. There are more lovely apartments nearby for a more reasonable price.

Brandi hired me to fix a unit that had been hit by a car. I did all of the work and now I can't get paid. First she said it would be a couple days, then there was a check in the mail(no there wasn't) then she said July 16th... Still haven't been paid. Now she says 30 days... Then yesterday when I text and asked for my money she just said that I am no longer an approved vendor to work for the complex... This lady is on a huge power trip so watch out venders and tenants...

AVOID!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! there’s no real office. If you come into a conflict of any circumstance they will tell you the manager cannot answer any questions and you must talk to the “head office.” The head office told me they wouldn’t talk to me anymore on the topic of me and my fiancé’s problem with the complex. Got fined over $1,600 for being a good tenant. We were never late on payment and followed Ohio Law. Had a neighbor who also got fined for a crappy reason. From the time that I went and looked at the apartment to the process of applying for it. Brandi has been so helpful and amazing. The property is very clean.
