During my tour today the property was beautiful and the community seems to be nice & quiet. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was spacious, with up to date appliances and it was very clean. The property manager Brandie was very friendly & personable. She answered all of my questions and provided all the information i needed.
Not worth it. My experience here was very frustrating, mainly because of constant overcharging—both during my stay and even after moving out. It felt like there was always some extra or unexplained charge being added. The whole experience ended up being stressful and unfair. There are much better places that are more transparent. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
Think twice before signing a lease here. This place turned what should have been a normal renting experience into something unnecessarily stressful. There was a clear lack of accountability and consistency in how things were handled, which made dealing with management frustrating more often than not. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, just outright unreasonable. There was a consistent lack of transparency and professionalism, and it often felt like basic fairness wasn’t a priority. What should have been a simple and smooth renting experience turned into something unnecessarily stressful. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. My experience here was beyond frustrating and honestly just outrageous. From the way things are handled to the overall lack of fairness and transparency, it constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of rather than treated like a valued tenant.
