Same as the guy said 4 months ago, I had moved out back in August, I just now received a collection notice of 1800$ for carpet replacement?? 1800$?????? They stated they had replaced the carpet before I moved in which is crazy because I remember moving in and wasn’t new. The office manager was great as well as the maintenance staff. However the hidden fees especially after moving out are blown out of proportion. Rent there at your own risk.
Do not live here. Brandie the complex manager is wonderful but outside from her, there is not much good I can say about Taylor Pointe. To start, which is my main reason of writing this post, Taylor Pointe will try to squeeze every last dollar out of you even after you move out. I left my complex in great condition as I was only ivj g there for one leasing term. To my surprise, I received a bill of $900 because “need” to replace damaged carpet. When.
