We needed a re-connect for plumbing in the sink. Mr Taylor showed up on time and completed the work as promised. He was super friendly, and upbeat.
I called Mark out to work on my Main house and he was prompt, courteous, did a good job. Talked nice for 30 minutes. I saw him out (while working behind a business I own) and asked him to work on a rental, and I guess he assumed I had to move into my rental (I'm not rich it's just one rental) and his comment was some to the effect " my. How the mighty have fallen" and walked away. Rude MF. Wtf. Dude is an ass and not stable.
He thought he was gonna rip me off. 1200.00 for a water heater and to install it. He didn't get the job. Yet the job got done for half the price. I'll never call him again.
I called twice over two days and left detailed message of emergency situation and he NEVER returned my call. Wake up bud, you run a business.. ACT LIKE IT!
Reliable plumber. Does good work.
