Wow! If I could give a -00000 star I would. Customer service for this community is an absolute zero!! I visited the office yesterday and while walking up to the front door, I see a maintenance technician who looks at me and with a tone says "Do you have an appointment" I advised no, I did not have one but I was there to drop of some documents for an application.
