No longer impressed. I have been a customer for the past 5 years. Paid my contract in advanced every year. I received a bill for $20.00 at the end of my contract. I called the office to questioned the extra charge. I was told that my contract went up and I had to pay. I explained to the unpleasant women that you can not increase a prepaid contract price. Very good experience with the guys!! Honest and professional service, recommended 100%
I gave this company a try for “bug” treatment. After returning to Florida one month later, I had bugs outside and I had bugs inside my house. I called the company to see if they would be willing to come out and give me a reapplication never heard from them so I guess buyer beware there are lots of other Bugg companies out there. I’m gonna look for one.
