I gave this company a try for “bug” treatment. After returning to Florida one month later, I had bugs outside and I had bugs inside my house. I called the company to see if they would be willing to come out and give me a reapplication never heard from them so I guess buyer beware there are lots of other Bugg companies out there. I’m gonna look for one.
They will give timely and affordable treatment. They have never offered more services than necessary. We’ve used them exclusively for over 10 years.
I called for a quote & was told someone will get back to me. He finally called and said he does the inside only. I let him know I only wanted quote for outside & he told me someone else would call me. Over a week later an older gentleman showed up to my house during the day on a weekday while I was at work. My wife told him he would have to speak to me & he left. He came back when nobody was home, sprayed the lawn 6 days after I already got it sprayed, left an invoice in my mailbox & fraudulently signed my name on the invoic... read more
