This was the second time we used Taylor-Perz Flooring. They just installed laminate floors in our kitchen, dinette and foyer. Love it!!! Price was fair, and installers were very nice and even helped move some of the heavy stuff we couldn't do by our selves.
Brenda & Pat were a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love my new wood floor!!! Thank you for all the advice and all the time you spent answering my questions! And thank you for helping us be able to have this beautiful wood floor in our kitchen & living room and stay within our budget!! Couldn't be happier, will definitely recommend you to others!
Did a good job installing hardwood and carpet. Both the hardwood and carpet were quality products. What wasn't excellent was the customer service. They did not call me on numerous occasions to follow up when they told me they would. Installers arrived unannounced at my door to confirm measurements for hardwood without calling first. Carpet installation was rescheduled three times due to what they claimed were shipping issues. Brenda and Pat are great to work with. They were very knowledgable and professional. Workmanship was top notch. My floors look great and I can't believe how quickly they were installed.
