The disgusting residents here don't pick up after their dogs. Small dogs run around without a leash, ive had those dogs run up on my dog multiple times. End up hurting myself in the process trying to pull my dog away. ive reported these issues more than once and only ONCE has something actually been done about it
The person I spoke to was Very Nice, She was waiting for an appointment to show... But then I walked in.. She Stopped what she was doing and showed me Around, Very PLEASANT Woman. She Was Very Detailed Oriented, about Other add on Amenities Fees, Even if you Do Not Use them, Like their wifi, Children's Play Ground, A Dog park. Water & Trash waste, I believe it is a $60.00? Add on to Each Apartment, plus your own BGE.
Chantel McNasty Attitude who works in the rental office needs a attitude adjustment, never answers the phone so you have to leave messages if you have a issue, all she wants to do is communicate thru email & had I known all this I would have never even rented a apartment & you don't have to worry about me ever recommending this place to anyone as long as she is there & because of that I am only giving 3 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
I have been living here for a few years already, and since day one ms.Chantel and Chrissy have been so nice to us and helping us with everything we needed with our apartment .. we will definitely recommend others to move here ..
I Tina price has to move thats right . I'm hungry an my stuff is together tarraance Mitchell Robert Richard Williams Sr an my kids an frankerlin Alexander an Eugene pinkney going in there .
