Residents refuse to pick up after their dogs, poop everywhere, some people in the complex next to me allow their small dogs to run around without a leash. There's nothing really that management can do if they don't know who it is ya know. It messes it up for us decent dog owners, I don't want to have to keep worrying about my dog possibly eating another dog's poop, or my son and I stepping in it
Terrible experience and this will be my last year here..rental office doesn't care as long as they have a filled unit..I have had things stolen from my apt by contractors that the rent office sends in and then they claim no responsibility..back pork door was forced open by contractors and I reported a week ago and still no response..everything is a quick fix or jury rigged..it's not theirs so they don't care..and now there is no way to get in touch with the contractors...but you get what you pay for and it's not much yet the... read more
Excellent Property, quiet, clean, low car insurance rates, Xfinity WiFi and tv included, absolutely no rodents, the maintenance is effective and efficient, I did get my car towed once because my handicap pass fell but other than that they are still a great property. Neighbors don’t bother each other, we speak and keep it moving. Right by 695 and a lot of markets.
