Excellent customer service. Mr. Bond was able to steer me to the appropriate machine for my needs and answered all my questions.
This place overcharge for parts and labor. Check out soft serve parts and a few other sites parts half the price of Taylor of Oklahoma. Then that Scott guy I don’t know if he racist or what but talks to people like if he is better. Not knowing his just the help. I called the headquarters that was no help so I took matters in my own hands. Found a good tech way cheaper and Taylor parts for third parties.
