I dont remember the last time I experienced customer service like I did here. Sally went above and beyond researching frames for my 14 month old, sending me ideas, pictures etc. She was amazing! When we went in to pick out the frames we were disappointed that it was Sally's day off that day, we wanted to meet her. However, we were greeted by Dick, who was just as amazing as Sally! He was helpful, kind and patient! I cant say enough wonderful things about Taylor & Murphy! thank you for taking care of us!
I’ve had severe vision issues my whole life with many many pairs of glasses. My recent prescription was a considerable change that I had filled somewhere else which didn’t go well at all. I’ve never had vertical lines in lenses it was THAT BAD. I went to Taylor & Murphy due to my brothers recommendation and I am so very pleased with the service, price and awesome quality. I haven’t seen this well in many years and am very thankful. I will be recommending them to every one I know. Thank you Taylor & Murphy!
