Yes! 5 stars! I have wet macular degeneration in one eye, glaucoma in both with hard to manage pressures and I just had one eye's cataract removed with two very different stigmatism readings. Awful attitude, awful people
I normally post positive reviews to support local business, but not this time. Today I called the company to ask about confusing items on recent months’ invoices (sometimes my card was auto charged, sometimes not, and was charged same amount twice in one month). The owner did not care a customer having almost 4 years business with them, instead was rude, condescending, and very good at intensifying a customer's phone call. Recently repaired to A/C units. The team at Taylor and Murphy was awesome.
