I normally post positive reviews to support local business, but not this time. Today I called the company to ask about confusing items on recent months’ invoices (sometimes my card was auto charged, sometimes not, and was charged same amount twice in one month). The owner did not care a customer having almost 4 years business with them, instead was rude, condescending, and very good at intensifying a customer's phone call. Had them install two new heat pumps last June (2024), which are the primary source of heating in the house. Old ones were inadequate and needed replacing. The price was superior compared to the competition. A large crew descended on the house in the morning and were done by noon. Everything was done right the first time. We've now survived the first winter with them and they didn't miss a beat even down to 0 F. I had no problems at all communicating with them.
