Taylor and Murphy were extremely responsive when our A/C went out the day before the worst heat wave in Boston history. They trouble shooted the issue and we opted to replace the entire system since our units were 21 years old. They ordered the necessary equipment and came on the scheduled day, the technicians were very capable and worked efficiently. They were very tide and left virtually no clean up for us. Wayne Taylor was especially easy to work with and gave us very reasonable pricing. We would highly recommend.
Yes! 5 stars! I have wet macular degeneration in one eye, glaucoma in both with hard to manage pressures and I just had one eye's cataract removed with two very different stigmatism readings. II am a challenging eye glass fit to say the least! My new glasses came in this month. Oops they made me ill to wear, but why? The prescription was verified to be the correct one. Awful attitude, awful people
I normally post positive reviews to support local business, but not this time. Today I called the company to ask about confusing items on recent months’ invoices (sometimes my card was auto charged, sometimes not, and was charged same amount twice in one month). The owner did not care a customer having almost 4 years business with them, instead was rude, condescending, and very good at intensifying a customer's phone call.
