We needed the tub faucet replaced in our shower. They said they didn't have the part and we could just do it ourselves anyway and left after 20min. Ok, fine, we give it a shot ourselves and ended up destroying the pipe and now our shower doesn't work. Wish they had taken the time to actually look at the shower before telling us we could handle it on our own.

All services were excellent!
I just spoke with Katie in customer service and was shocked at how rude she was. We let them know our heat was broken and that we wouldn’t be home that day but to coordinate with our superintendent and apparently that was offensive and they “didn’t have time to call around a million people”. And then the second time I called her tone was aggressive and sarcastic and she transferred me to someone else the minute she knew who I was, and the second rep Ryan actually hung up on me.
