I recently had my 2025 Ranger serviced at Crossroads Ford in Waynesville, NC. Judy kept me informed and was very helpful in helping me understand and determine what items were due next. After having some terrible experiences at numerous other dealerships I decided to give Crossroads a try and I'm extremely happy I did. They weren’t pushy or rude like the others and they let me take my time looking for exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a used Jeep Gladiator that after a couple weeks the batteries had had it. Evan, my sales person went out of his way to make sure I got reimbursed for the two batteries that the Gladiator requires and I thank them so much because otherwise it would have set me back close... read more
