I dropped in unannounced with a rear brake issue. Mike met me right away and started to diagnose the problem. He wasted zero time, although my bikes issue had taken the majority of the afternoon to repair, Mike didn't bat an eye, in fact took phone calls, and greeted several customers all the meanwhile bleeding my brake line! He even put off picking up a friend for a ride while the weather was nice today.
