I’m leaving an honest review based on my recent experience. I was in contact with a staff member named Jose about a GMC 2018 I came and saw it and was told by Mr Jose of a 2019 GMC Yukon with 84k miles this was much less then the 2018. According to Jose, the 2019 GMC Yukon vehicle was "in the garage" and being prepared. Great Sevice and quick return
My sales person Bob was fantastic and the buying process was quick and easy. I had been searching for a car for a while and every step of the way Bob kept me informed, followed up, and communicated with me. Even after the the purchase, he reached out a couple of times to see how I liked the vehicle, answered all of my many questions and thanked me for the business!
I recently had my transmission replaced with Taylor motors. I bought a used Acadia Denali from them. They offered me warranty for Motor and Transmission. The transmission went out and they replaced it with a new one and I only paid a deductible. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and checked the truck for me a few days later at no cost. I’m hopping I can buy my next truck with them in the future. Thank you to the Taylor motors crew!
