Absolutely worst law firm i have ever been represented by. Its like pulling teeth to get any information from them. I have called, I have emailed, but I get nothing, also was just told that my attorney, Amanda Summerlin is no longer there, she is working on another case with another firm. I was of the understanding that my hernia mesh case was settled, if so where are my funds? Can anyone give me a straight answer?
The overall experience with this law firm was the worst I could have expected. They failed to communicate with me virtually the entire length of the case, one of their paralegals laughed at me because I was stating why I had to wear hearing aids, and they filed the incorrect applications for the correct settlement I was qualiied for and then tried to bully me into taking the offer so they could get their payday. I am a multiple Purple Heart recipient and I expected to be treated fairly. I did not recieve that treatment from ... read more
