Went to Taylor Marine to register our jet ski and got turned away. The person that worked at this place had every excuse in the book on why he could not help us. We went down the road and had no problem registering our new toy. Thank you for being so rude and not helpful at all!! 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽
Can not say enough good things about Taylor Marine. I lost an outdrive and their service manager Ben came to check it out. Arranged to pull me out the next day changed the lower unit and saved our weekend.
Just had taylor marine in milford winterize my brand new motor, i purchased the motor from another dealer and their customer service after a sale is horrible, called taylor marine on friday they were there Monday, technician was early friendly and fast, even installed a hydro foil i purchased somewhere else, and not to mention they were $50 cheaper for the work they did, just wish i bought my motor from them instead of where I did
Thank you all at Taylor Marine in Delaware, Jeff in sales, Joe, Mike, and Perry in Service. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the Boston Whaler that we purchased and worked with us thru every aspect of the transaction . The sea trial and delivery team was excellent and the office staff has been very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Great service all around. thank you
I just want to thank the staff at Taylor Marine Center in Milford for their excellent guidance with a difficult situation where I had to have my deceased, ex-husband's boat serviced and then transferred to a new buyer. Jeff was helpful with questions I had in the event that I would need for Taylor Marine to sell the boat, in case I was unable to find a buyer on my own.
