Terrible! – Taylor Management has been a terrible experience for us. They NEVER answer the phone, and they NEVER respond to any emails. I have been trying to contact them since OCTOBER!! The ONLY plus is they do collect the assements every month, and keep track of the accounts, so thats why they get one star. BUT that is about it. We also did have one emergency (with heat) after hours and they did respond within the hour. but for non-emergencies....forget it. They won't give you any time.
