Taylor Made Truck & Trailer is a part of the company that I'm employed by, which is, Double S Transport of Springfield MO. Both companies are side by side connected to within one building. They operate independently of one another. I haven't received any service other than they're the shop maintenance for, Double S Transport/FedEx tractors, as well as, services provided for other companies of the general public. I have no complaints thus far...and being fair for my answer to this post.
These guys are just awesome. Got me in same day for a water pump on my Volvo. They took me to my hotel and picked me up. Very accommodating and super super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for getting me taken care of and back on the road.
I will never recommend some one to trust this mechanic on their truck they horrible of wasting time I put my truck their back in feb 2024 for what they said I have replace the clutch and ECA After wasting my time week and half of just replacing clutch they told me my truck is good to go to my truck drive 700 miles to MN Same problem come back call them told my situation he didn’t even bother to call me back after setting 2days in truck stop call him again and send him text no communication at all so watch out this horrible m... read more
