We had Taylor Made roofing instal a new roof in 2023. Lost a few shingles last year, we replaced these ourselves. Then the other day we lost almost a 3rd of them . Come to find out they were not installed correctly. They were not nailed down in the proper place and the paper was not removed from the tar stripe. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I am very impressed with the company from day one to job completion! Very business professional, friendly, and eager to answer questions and satisfy my expectations. I recommend Todd and the crew for your next job! K.H.
Very professional to deal with. Went above and beyond to fix items that were not in the agreement. Crews were very polite and cleaned up everything very well!
